Are You a Quiet Leader?

I'm a lot more interested in terms of what drives them. The more I get, the more I become really convinced that attitude is such a huge part of what makes great companies great. It's having people with the right mindset. Do you see yourself as like, are you the kind of leader that can stand in front of the team and really sort of cheer them on and get them motivated? Or do you prefer to quietly manage different initiatives and watch people kind of self-motivate?
