I get a lot of outreach from people who are like, hey, I read your book and I changed my behavior and X-way and it benefited me and Y-way. And one of those ways is spending a lot more time outdoors. A lot more physical activity outdoors, basically just trying to sort of reconnect to something sort of more ancient. It feels primal. You know, we're formerly people who were trying to survive on, let's say, the in the outback or in the plains or mountains, wasn't optional. Now we're like, oh, I'm going to go into suffering.
