Rick Steves: I'm not going to make someone go somewhere else. So you're removing barriers for them to go use your system. That actually makes a huge difference. And that is a big thing. No one's going to let you plug into their CRM or some of their other systems. Well, they may, but that's much harder left. You picked two things by picking Slack and teams hosted less risky where you can plug in. In all likelihood, the IT department who's worried about what they have to maintain doesn't have to worry about you breaking their stuff. And then the browser plugin takes care of the rest.
