The Importance of Being Vulnerable

If I'd read this 20 years ago it wouldn't have made that much sense to me. But in terms of if I had like really taken those principles to my core I think my first business would have gone a bit better and I would have learned a bit more on how to get the team to do everything I wanted. So for me similarly to you I think it helps to have been in situations where these principles would have been helpful so 20 years ago when I was like 11 years old one didn't make much sense but now does.
