Empathy Is Just as Much More Sustainable Catalist Than Sham, Right?
Spindo: Empathy's just as much more sustainable catalist than shame, right? And so if we can ground some of that empathy, i think it just goes a long way. Ly: Somebody gets put on defensive, then they're going to dig in their heels. If you can avoid triggering somebody's defences, then you can have a much better chance of having them be receptive to something new. Spindo: Once people have agreed to a set of orms, then to me, it's more about accountability. This is what we said, how we want to come into space and also behaviours that don't help me understand what's happening.
