Is Someone Salty?

When you say that someone is salty, it means they're bitter, resentful or they're just acting very aggressive and upset. So if you say to someone, stop being salty, you want them to change their attitude and be more pleasant about the situation. If there is a protocol or an appropriate time to do something, you might say hey, there's a time and place for that. This English, word phony means the exact same thing as fake. Oftentimes people will buy shoes online and they think they're getting a really good price, especially on Yankees or Air Jordan's and they turn out to be fakes.
