Biden’s competency is under scrutiny after an investigation into the handling of classified documents found him to be ‘a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory’. In fiery exchanges with reporters last night the President said “My memory is fine. Take a look at what I’ve done since I’ve become President”. James is joined by the editor in chief of the Wall Street Journal Emma Tucker and North American Correspondent John Sudworth.
