In the early Spanish Civil War, there's a report written by the international Red Cross in the Basque country and they talk about all of these parades of women. You've had their head shaped who were taken through, taken through towns and cities. There's also the forced sort of ingestion of cast oil, which is particularly barbaric,. So it causes women to be violently sick. And so there's this sort of very physical purgingsort of on the streets is humiliation of these women.
