Despite broader economic turmoil and persistent inflation, the job market has been one of the few bright spots in the economy. Nationwide unemployment is still around 3.5%. That's the lowest point we've seen in about 50 years; there are still nearly 10 million job openings across the country. But growing concern among economists that the red hot job market may see a major cool down.
