The Future of Asset Management

I think there's such a rich era of conversation especially I guess as we become a more mature industry especially in the West but really more so than these. When it comes to asset management and there's people much more in the 30s, 40s and 50s working this industry happily being an expert in their particular area. Compared to say if you go to average quant conference I mean no one has any incentive to get up on stage and talk about what they're doing that's all so often they kind of struggle to find speakers or other panels  that they end up getting. There's no incentive to stand out these panels everybody agrees with each other because yes yeah exactly.
