The Perceptions of David Kelly

David Kelly became known for his last heroic act of whistleblowing by apparently telling Andrew Gilligan that the 45-minute claim in this sex-dubbed dossier had been inserted as a political measure. Perceptions certainly were different about the threat of biological weapons in 2002, 2003, the lead up to the war in Iraq. But why? Oh, it's because of people like David Kelly for many, many, many years prior to that.
