The Importance of Venting
I had a falling out with friendships because my mouth was too big and I just like didn't know. Can we talk about it granted when we're in our twenties? We do not have the emotional vocabulary nor do we have the communication skills that we have now in our thirties. But yeah, I think the main thing to really drive home, it may be to just go to the person, like the person and be like, Hey, how are you? Or ask them, Hey, you're going through a hard time. Yeah, definitely. Would you be open to talking to other people or do? Is this something that you just want to keep private?
