How to Move Past Resentment in Relationships

I carry so much resentment for men in general and that's something I'm really trying to pick I think. Do you have like a book of imagined flights? No not slights it's just I imagine IYou know I went through like core beliefs and my core belief was one of them was that men will ultimately always try and crush me and humiliate me which is not true. If I want to become a better person I want to have better relationships with men particularly I need to not believe that.
