Every injury I have had has taught me how to climb in different ways and expanded my movement toolbox. It also makes it so I'm not afraid of being hurt because I've come back stronger now after every Injury. Even during that injury, I sent my first 12D because I changed my style. And again, I ended up climbing better overall once I was healed up.
