The Importance of Humility in Leadership
When there's a success, you say, the team was successful. It's all on the team. Nd when there's a failure,you say, i failed - that is one of the most difficult things to do. You're never taking credit for anything except for failure. And so how do you put aside your own ego, your own need for pats on the back and just let people know that no matter what they do, any mistakes they make, i've got you. That's my job, so don't worry about it.
