The Journey of Consciousness

In my book, i divide the journey into two parts. The first part is about the nature of you. And once we get careful about understanding what are you, then we're armed to appreciate the second stage - how can a being like you have feelings and value? How could that arise? Right? Why does reality include such a thing? How is that even possible? Right? So yet, going into that first question, what i found helpful is just to pay attention and collect observations.
