Networking With People Like You or Like Me?

You don't have to do face to face networking. Surround yourself with people who are different than you, because they challenge you and teach you the hard lessons in life that you otherwise would not get to experience. If it is something you just flat out don't like do, or it's something that you knowt you're unable to do for any given reason, it's not going to prevent you from having an incredible career yet.
