We have a lot of ownership over our days. We just don't think that we do, because of this learned helplessness. And i think when we reframe that and we realize that there are, there are choices in every single situation, we just have to actively look for it. Choices aren't just something that's nice to have. Choices are imperative for us to thrive, for us to flourish and feel like we have that ownership," she says.
