Is There a Public Key in a Lattice?
Likin a lot of latice scrypto systems, there's a the public key as a basis. A secret key might be some asort vector in the lattice that was generated by the basis got. So you kind of have to generate a basis together with knowledge of a short vector,. Or maybe multiple short vectors in the lattICE that it generates.
