Is There a Difference Between Anchor and Trigger?

i'm working on bringing productivity down to a simple form, but not to the smallest. amy landino was talking about fleeting notes as the rule for note taking. I think she's got the words, i just don't think she's made the connections to have the understanding to use those words instead of jargon. It's using the simplified terms in a more accurate way to portray what the complex jargon means.
