How to Deal With Chronic Sleep Loss
When you're experiencing chronic sleep loss, and you're maybe only able to do certain road tasks. You can kind of just sort of proceed in this almost zombie mode for a very long time. The things that you would look for would be, are you losing train of thought? Are you getting halfway through a sentence? What about doing? Are you being less attentive than you normally are? Can you really stay on task, stay with one area and focus on that and conclude that before you move on to the other task? That would be something to look out.
