"I think anger still gets a really tough wrap where women are concerned in terms of their desire as well if we feel angry we are shamed or we're told that we're hysterical," she says. "This is why so much more research has been done around self-harm because the anger is projected inwards and what my role as a therapist is to kind of give that anger some some breath maybe on a beach again"
