Protein consumption over about 40 grams of protein per dose, that the body gets the atom anabolic signaling, but you begin just oxidizing those amino acids and they get broken down. That can be a really slow release method of maintaining blood glucose response. If one is trying to lose body fat, then the higher protein intake is arguably better because of the satiety effect. So there's trade-offs with all this stuff. Would splitting a 70 gram meal into two 35 gram meals be beneficial? Maybe from the perspective of consistent anabolic signaling throughout the day.
