The Rise of Office Buildings in the United States
We have higher inventory coming to the market in apartments than we do certainly in housing. The end of 2023 is when most of this inventory is going to hit the market. So vacancy rates are up to five percent in December, and they're now up over six percent. That's another indicator that we're going to start to see rent prices come down.
