The Importance of Continuous Confidence

Lifelong learning is the only way that our field will have a sense of renewal and self-renewal, skills renewal, but also opportunity renewal. I don't think our companies are going to be like, we gotta go out and chart a new course. We need the people within those organizations to be pioneering what they believe is coming next.
