There is a huge variety in the symptoms and presentations of post-covid problems that we sort of term long COVID but that's very much a big umbrella term for what's probably several different pathologies going on in different people's bodies. I think maybe the virus has triggered my immune system to misrecognize some of my own cells in my body and so my body's created antibodies to those cells which are then attacking elements of my host cells or nerve cells. The other possibility is that when you have our first infected and your immune system is interacting with the virus it produces these pro-inflammatory chemicals that can trigger inflammation within the body.
