How to Create Habits That Last

As I've gotten older, I've noticed that I love a good routine. And so I'll be reading some of these habits to you guys. But it did not happen overnight. This happened through, you know, time after time of habits ever habits of trying harder, maybe failing, trying again, failing again and then finally getting a routine down. One percent improvement adds up surprisingly fast. Oh, so do one percent declines. You have the power to choose which percentage do I want? So I want a decrease. Am I going to stick to this?
