Is There Any Copyright Infringement?
When you're looking at fair use, i mention the sort of transformative concept. But before we get to that, there's these four rules. I should normally be able to rattle them off, but we'll go through them one-by-one. So first is, was there copying at all? Right? That kind of thing doesn't come up very often in court. And here it's important to distinguish that there's two possible stages at which copyright infringement could have occurred,. There's did get hub infringe people's copyright? And are people who are using co pilot infringing the copyright? The answers to those may be different.
