The Indictment of Richard Nixon

Seven senior members of the nixon administration are indicted. Richard: The evidence is clear that nixon has participated in the conspiracy actively. We can't hide that. And indeed, these tapes might not be admissible as evidence in a court of law if the participants in the conversation were not members of the conspiracy themselves. So we need to do the right thing and name chard nixon as an unindicted co conspirator.
