The Social Dilemma
The social dilemma got a tremendous amount of attention, which I think was just absolutely terrible. It had a very, very clear story it wanted to tell, and then did so in an incredibly manipulative way. And they never mentioned the fact that Netflix was really like the originator of the like super powerful AI recommendation algorithm. We get caught up in this kind of reformateness, phobias around a lot of these technologies. What it prevents us from doing is having the presence of mind to make them better.
