The Power of Authority in the General Service Conference
Concept 10 deals with the authority and responsibilities. The worst thing you can do is hire somebody to do a job, make them responsible, but then look over their shoulder every day and nitpick them. Number 11, trustees, whole final is fine for a well served administration. They should always have a system of our best class of standing committees. No conference action ever be personally punitive or incitement to public controversy.
