Introduction

New York's third congressional district covers parts of Queens and Nassau County. In 2022, a little-known newcomer was elected as their freshman congressman. He attended the elite New York City Private High School and a chorus man. His mother tragically died in the September 11th attacks. And his grandparents survived the Holocaust. None of these things appear to be true at all.
