Is 230 Immunity a Good or Bad Thing?
The court didn't have to take this case because there wasn't a split in the circuits. I don't know if Mike's theory has any kind of legs, but if so, I think that big tech is going to look pretty good after this case is over. So I've wondered why the court accepted this case and I haven't come up with a very convincing response in my own mind with this caveat.
