Luke Three Dream Fights for Francis

There are three dream fights for Francis that could happen in theory inside PFL. How big can they be? The beta one I don't really buy over him is a maybe or not fight with Rico Verhooven. He's got to get either creative on that other angle that I've talked about before. One market that I'm surprised that USC has it more aggressively pushed for is Japan.
