Is There a Reason Why Japan Is So Unequal?

I am very happy that a lot of seats were won by women. It's great because we do need seats. But just because we filled the quota doesn't mean that we are going to have a voice and what's important is for us to be heard, not for us to have, just have a seat. We've talked about Japanese sort of gender inequality across these four different categories, self-politics, economics and education.
