Most people have no foundation for who they want to be. So a daily practice in its most ideal state would look like, you wake up in the morning and spend just a few minutes with yourself. You should inventory your fears - what are the fears, anxieties, frustrations or stresses that i felt acting on me the most? And now i want you to think about the best minute of that day. Let me know when you've got one. Got it? Al i'll do a verbal example of that with you now, because it's easier than trying to describe it. It's basely gratitude is one of the highest energetic states for human beings, very close to love.
