How to Teach People How to Do Stress Exposure Simulation

The Gold Coast Hospital ran a series of 'stress exposure sims' The aim was to get at the underlying substructures of teaching people how to do this. We sent people pre-reading about stress, its recognition and regulation. And we debriefed after these simulations, essentially using the same framework. In short, we found a variety of things that surprised us - but quite a lot that didn't.
