Do You Have Data but the Community Also Has Data?

I think my perspective from being in office and then being involved in education issues since is this is a really hard mountain to climb. It's not just a child doesn't just walk into the school building every morning, he or she comes with lots of other issues. And as I always said, government's better than fixing our hearts at potholes but yet we're asking school systems to fix a whole lot of things that are outside their control.
