How to Find Good Editors

If you want excellence, editors are really critical. There's no author that I know of that's so good that they don't need an editor. The better the author gets, the more vibrant the interaction with the editor becomes. To find the best editors, look in the acknowledgments of the best books. Most authors will share the name of their editor.
