Is There a Conflict of Interest?

There's a huge incentive to go towards the 10% products because these advisors get paid on a quarterly basis. And if they hit specific hurdles within their practices, they get bonuses based on how much they produce per quarter. The incentives aren't really aligned, right? Because it's not in the client's best interest to pay somewhere between 4 and 1/2 and 10%. It's definitely in the advisor's incentive to figure out a way of getting this into a client's portfolio.
