The Problem With the Aged Care System
Aged care homes are becoming essentially two speed things. They do dementia care, which is 80% of the population, or they do palliative care. The most you can get is maybe $300 if you're lucky as a provider. You have to provide all of their medical care plus all of their food, all of their entertainment, their auxiliary supports.
