Why Won't Anything Grow?
Theories as to why nothing will grow in the woods range from silly to raciest. The best known theory dates back at least a hundred years, and it's that a one of the indigenous tribes there used to dance in a circle on the spot so much that plants stopped growing under where they would dance. One theory is that this site is a native burial ground, and that is linked somehow to the lost colony of ronok oho. They seem to associate, i don't know, maybe there's a truth to it.
