The Structure of a Conservative Campaign
The structure was flexible and it changed year to year. The most critical overarching structure really came through in a strategy retreat, I want to say in 2020 or 21. Onboarding was probably the most important committee simply for the fact that they were responsible for reaching out to people and bringing them in. Every single major leader, most of them were onboarded by someone else brought in. There might have been one or two committees that I'm missing but those were all the committees that were really operating in some form or another over the few years.
