The Root Cause of a Tennis Injury?
You need to get joy from whatever activity that you're doing. Ultimately, humans are creatures f habit. Youwill do th same thing over and over and over again. And i think, as an extension of that, a conversation around professions and sports that have us using single sides. A lot of people have a dominant side with their tech, or even their typing. I had no idea that that was my root cause. For a year, i thought it was tennis. Actually, it was tech. As soon as i started getting it massaged and really focusing on that left shoulder tention from technology, i all of a sudd i could play tennis with no problem.
