The Benefits of Exercise for Mental Health

Exercise is 98% mental health for me. I exercise a couple of times a week consistently. My sleep is completely different when I exercise every day or every other day. For eight, ten months of COVID, I bet I didn't work out five times. It took me probably three months to get back to where I had three or four days a week. And that is the best news for everybody that listens to your podcast that's struggling with work. But be at your physical and psychological best.
