The Fermi Paradox

The Fermi Paradox is an unanswered question about the existence of aliens. It was coined by physicist Enrico Fermi in response to a New Yorker cartoon that showed aliens coming out of a flying saucer. There are several hundred billion stars just in our galaxy and possibly like three hundred sextillion of them in the observable universe. If aliens do exist, then the math would suggest that they should be here by now. The true answer might be that we're stuck on our planet because distances are too vast.
