As an agent I go to showcases. And if there's someone that I like, I will speak to whomever to get in touch with them. The most important thing it seems like is to find a way to not only be in something but then get talent agents to come to the thing. We have a caller mom that usually- Your mom might not even know that we take callers. But as far as people just coming into the office and doing an open call that way now I make appointments.
