There's so many clinitians who experience their own depression and suicidal thoughts, because they see their patients deteriorate. That is a massive burden to bear as a clinition. It's such a hard job to have to do. So we're seeing psychiatrist numbers shrinking, rather than growing to meet the growing demand for them. And that's alreally real worry as well.
