Drug Legalization Versus Decriminalization?
I think we've learned a lot from decriminalization in other parts of the world. I think full legalization should be done sort of cautiously for a number of things. And i'm a prettypretty staunch believer in drug legalization, only because is an inherently risky activity that we can absolutely regulate. We have a lot of other risky activities that people are partaking, either medically or recreationally.
