Flow of the Breath - A Visualization Practice

The natural function of the out breath feels like a downward flow, so we counter and balance that with an upward flow visualizing. Let this bindo of light travel down the sky blue central channel. Exhale as it rises up, inhale as it rising down. And really hook your attention on to that bindo moving. That's your object of awareness. Don't skip. Try not to skip any regions of the central channel. It's like your combing the central channel with your attention.
